Where the work sits

Working with a dedicated Consultant and Team Leader in myself with over 8.5 years of experience in the Social Work sector, as well as your own Candidate Care Consultant to help you. As a MASH Advanced Social Worker, you will work within a structure of the MASH teams aligned to 1 team Manager.

Wirral’s MASH is the front door for all new referrals for children who may need early help support or children’s social care intervention, making important decisions about which se. Responsible for a daily allocation of MASH referrals, management, direction, oversight and authorisation. Screening incoming referrals and acting accordingly.

Practical details

• Previous experience of MASH is not essential.
• Hybrid working available.
• Liquid Personnel is currently seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join the MASH Team within Wirral.

What needs to be in place

• At least 3 years’ experience as a social worker within children’s services.
• Social Work Qualification, degree or equivalent.
• Twice weekly payroll and ‘Faster Pay’ service, getting you paid more quickly.
