• The advanced practitioner has responsibility to provide supervision to 2-3 social workers(SSWs) and also hold a caseload of maximum 4 carers.
• Support supervising social workers in their day to day tasks in order to ensure excellence and work along side Registered Manager to deliver goals and high-standard level of care.

Confirmed role details

• Permanent contract, Full-time.
• Performance bonuses.
• Hybrid working 1-2 days in the office or less.
• Low caseload 4 families.

Candidate fit

• The charity has a friendly, family orientated approach, community-based and great energy for high-quality care services.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in fostering or related field.
• Some supervisory experience would be welcome.
