• We provide a secondary, tertiary and national service.
• We provide services to children, adolescents, adults and older people both in the community as inpatients.
• For 25 hrs per week the post holder will be providing a clinical pharmacy service to a number of wards within the forensic service based at St Bernards Hospital.

Requirements mentioned

• There will be an opportunity to attend MDT meetings, clinical governance meetings and other relevant meetings pertaining to provision of pharmaceutical care to our patients.
• Masters degree in pharmacy or equivalent.
• Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council.
