Job description

The Support Worker position centres on full-time (36 hrs) and part-time (24 hrs) roles available. It would suit someone who can bring patience, clear communication, and respectful care standards to the role.

How the role is set up

An SVQ 3 in Health & Social Care would be highly desirable. Full-time (36 hrs) and part-time (24 hrs) roles available.

Handling shift-by-shift responsibilities with consistency and care. Strong professional approach.

What is expected

  • Experience supporting people with complex disabilities.
  • A UK driving licence (you’ll be driving an automatic mobility car).
  • This means that from 1st April , our payrate for this role will be increasing to £15.18 per hour.
