What the role involves
- Review supplier contracts and terms of service in collaboration with Procurement, liaising with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure proposed arrangements are suitable.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant experience in contract review, ideally gained within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Experience using contract playbooks is desirable.
- Experience reviewing and negotiating client engagement terms and/or supplier contracts, with familiarity with standard law firm‑client terms.
- Strong commercial judgement and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to provide practical, business‑focused advice.
Confirmed role details
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact on client contract matters.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of precedent documents, guidance materials, contract playbooks and the firmwide database of client terms.
