What the role involves

• Review supplier contracts and terms of service in collaboration with Procurement, liaising with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure proposed arrangements are suitable.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant experience in contract review, ideally gained within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Experience using contract playbooks is desirable.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating client engagement terms and/or supplier contracts, with familiarity with standard law firm‑client terms.
• Strong commercial judgement and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to provide practical, business‑focused advice.

Confirmed role details

• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact on client contract matters.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of precedent documents, guidance materials, contract playbooks and the firmwide database of client terms.
