What the role involves

• Leading merchant onboarding, product feed integrations, tracking setup, and backend configuration across all commerce environments.
• Maintain scalable infrastructure across affiliate networks and platform-native commerce environments, ensuring clean and consistent programme architecture.
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and commission implementation – proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies before they affect client outcomes.
• Own commission structures, offer configurations, and incentive mechanics, collaborating with Strategy to translate commercial intent into precise platform execution.
• Supporting the seamless activation of newly sold commerce programmes, converting commercial scope into scalable, well-documented technical setups.
• Maintain strong working relationships with affiliate networks and platform representatives to troubleshoot issues, surface efficiencies, and stay ahead of platform developments.

Skills and requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate, ecommerce, performance marketing, or social commerce operations.
• Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, pixel implementation, and commission structures.
• Experience working within DTC brands, affiliate agencies, social commerce teams, or platform-side commerce operations.
• A systems mindset — able to design scalable infrastructure and repeatable workflows rather than operating tactically.
