• Automotive aftersales experience of minimum 3-5 years.
• Good knowledge of business KPI data and the ability to analyse and identify opportunities.
• Experience of aftersales process implementation.
• Ability to prioritise workload to deliver agreed contracted days.

Confirmed role details

• 40 hours per week.
• Field-based, hybrid working with Quarterly National Team Meetings.
• Manage own time - expect overnight away from home.
