The Aftersales Manager position centres on · Engage the aftersales team to deliver commercial result and exceptional customer service. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

Our network of over 35 locations stretches across the south of England from Bath in the west, through the Midlands, Berkshire and London, to Kent and Essex. We proudly sell and service Ford, KIA, KIA PBV, Maxus, OMODA, Jaecoo and Chery.

  • ü Knowledge of warranty procedures is advantageous.
  • ü An ability to overcome customer issues.

Job details

  • · 30 days holiday including bank holidays, plus additional holiday entitlement which increases with length of service.
  • · Full training and support to develop and progress your career with Allen Motor Group.
  • To be considered for this position will you have strong previous experience as an automotive service/aftersales manager ideally from a franchised dealership.
  • This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis with a basic salary of up to £40,000 with an OTE of £50,000, a company provided vehicle.
