What the role involves

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of agricultural machinery and equipment.
• Repair hydraulic and electrical faults using the latest diagnostic software and tools.
• Complete repairs efficiently across warranty, customer-paid, and internal jobs.
• Safely handle heavy machinery and utilise specialist tools where required.
• Delivering excellent customer service in this customer-facing role.
• Managing workloads using your own initiative.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience within the agricultural machinery industry.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
• Good level of general health and fitness.
• Full clean UK driving licence.

Confirmed role details

• 32 days annual leave including bank holidays.

Candidate fit

• Technical judgement, safe working habits, careful diagnostics, and practical problem-solving.

Additional role context

• 39 hours per week.
• Overtime is paid at: Time and a half after 39 hours, Double time on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
