We’re seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join our successful Agricultural Property team based in our Romsey office. Be joining our Band 1 ranked Agricultural Property team, working closely with one of our Senior Associates.

Legal work involved

Handling agricultural and rural property transactions including transfers of land and property between family members, partnerships, companies and trusts. Supporting on property work associated with succession planning and estate restructuring including grazing licences and occupational arrangements. Working on overage, options, easements and rights affecting rural land.
