Job description
This Support Worker role is focused on this role will focus on enabling AHP support workers across the Trust to access Level 3, 5 and degree apprenticeships, whilst supporting the implementation of the AHP Support Worke. It would suit someone who can bring supporting shift-by-shift logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards to the role.
Where the work sits
Ability to prioritise own work and able to direct the activities of support roles. Our high secure services care for patients from South of England and we provide low and medium secure services across eight London boroughs.
How the role works day to day
This role will focus on enabling AHP support workers across the Trust to access Level 3, 5 and degree apprenticeships, whilst supporting the implementation of the AHP Support Worke. A highly motivated HCPC or General Osteopathic Council registrant with a good understanding of the current workforce challenges across the 14 Allied Health Professions to support t.

What needs to be in place
- We are seeking a highly motivated, delivery-focused professional with experience in service development and/or project management to lead a key AHP workforce programme.
- Clinical qualification as an AHP and substantial experience.
- Knowledge of specialist areas acquired through post graduate diploma/master’s degree or equivalent experience in the field of workforce data.
