What the role involves

• Build at the absolute frontier of applied AI, working directly with the founders on a product already used by global enterprise customers.
• Build and ship production AI systems including RAG pipelines and AI agents.

Skills and requirements

• 5+ Years professional software experience (Python).
• Excellent Educational Background (BSc, MSc, PhD - 2.1 or higher).
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications.
• Comfortable moving fast in high ambiguity environments.
