• Proven experience leading an AI technical team in a product-focused environment, taking AI solutions from research and conception through to production launch.
• Deepexpertisein machine learning, deep learning, and modern AI development practices, with experience shipping AI-driven products at scale.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven development workflows, including LLM-assisted development, agentic pipelines, or AI-augmented SDLC.

• Define and champion best practices, standards, and guidelines for AIassistedsoftware development, including Agentic AIbased product development.
