Air Conditioning Engineer

Air Conditioning Engineer focuses on carry out service maintenance works on commercial sites in derby.

What the role involves

• Carry out service maintenance works on commercial sites in Derby.
• Attend and complete PPMs & Reactive works as scheduled including breakdowns.
• Have install experience (retrofit/system replacements).
• Troubleshooting/ Fault finding on all A/C systems.
• To produce quotations for works /remedials following service visits.
• To work on Splits, VRFS, AHUs and DX systems and some Central Plant.

Skills and requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or similar.
• Good Mechanical & Electrical Background.
• Must have experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs.
