Air Conditioning Engineer

Air Conditioning Engineer focuses on carry out planned preventative maintenance (ppm) on a variety of commercial air conditioning and hvac systems.

What the role involves

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a variety of commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems.
• Repair faults on split systems, multi-split units, VRF/VRV systems, ventilation equipment, and associated plant.
• Report remedial works, system improvements, and replacement requirements to management and clients.
• Liaise professionally with site managers, facilities teams, subcontractors, and end users.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Health & Safety regulations, industry best practice, and company procedures.
• Maintaining company tools, equipment, and vehicle to a professional standard.

Skills and requirements

• Repair work within commercial environments.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience with ventilation systems and associated mechanical building services.
• Experience working within facilities management or building services environments.
