Air Conditioning Install Manager focuses on manage quotations for new installations, remedial works, and service-related projects.

What the role involves

• Manage quotations for new installations, remedial works, and service-related projects.
• Liaise with customers via email and telephone, providing professional and timely communication.
• Order air conditioning equipment, components, and spare parts.
• Review engineers’ job reports and recommend appropriate follow-up actions.
• Produce customer quotations based on engineers’ recommendations.
• Provide internal technical support to office staff when required.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience within the air conditioning industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Previous hands-on installation, diagnostic, or manufacturer technical support experience (highly desirable).
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Confirmed role details

• Full-time, permanent position.
• £35,000 – £55,000.00 per annum (dependent on experience).
• Office-based role (Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30).
• 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) with the option to purchase additional leave.
