Air Conditioning Service Engineer
Job description
This Air Conditioning Service Engineer role is focused on service and maintain air conditioning systems and water chillers. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
What the work leans on
Experience with split systems, VRV and VRF systemsF-Gas qualificationNVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning (or equivalent industry qualification)Electrical knowledge. Experience using handheld/computerised reporting systems (training provided).
Where the technical work sits
- Service and maintain air conditioning systems and water chillers.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
- Conduct site surveys and compile client reports.
Technical requirements
- Knowledge of control systems (e.g. Trend, Siemens, Carel).
- Ability to survey sites for new A/C equipment.
- Experience with packaged water chillers such as Carrier, Airedale, Daikin or Mitsubishi/Climaveneta would be highly advantageous.

Practical details
- Your usual hours of work will be 39 per week, the standard hours being made up as follows:.
- Monday to Thursday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm & Friday 8.30 am - 4.00 pm.
- You are entitled to ½ hour lunch break each day.
- Based in the Midlands, you will travel nationwide carrying out service, maintenance and refurbishment works.
