What the role involves

• Check-in desks, and arrival halls.
• Terminal Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining high-traffic areas including departure lounges.
• Washroom Hygiene: Ensuring all restroom facilities are cleaned, disinfected, and restocked to a high standard throughout the shift.
• Waste Management: Emptying bins, recycling properly, and ensuring floors are free of litter and spillages.
• Specialist Cleaning: Operating industrial cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and vacuum cleaners (training provided).
• Security Awareness: Remaining vigilant and reporting any unattended baggage or suspicious activity to Airport Security immediately.

Skills and requirements

• Reliability: Ability to commute to the airport for early starts (e.g., 4:00 AM) or late finishes.
• Flexibility with shift patterns is essential.
• Communication: Good level of spoken English to communicate with team members and passengers.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to remain on your feet for the duration of a shift and perform manual cleaning tasks.
