What the role involves

• This is an ideal post for an experienced and enthusiastic Band 5 or B6 Physiotherapist looking to further develop clinical knowledge and management skills within our multidisciplin.
• This job will allow the successful applicant to further develop a range of clinical skills in Community Rehabilitation.
• Candidates should have valid HCPC registration & relevant post-graduate experience as a Band 5/6.
• We have consistently scored highly in NHS Staff Surveys & in 2020 we had the best response rate amongst community trusts nationally.
• We have been voted best community trust in the country on the theme quality of care for 3 years.
• Support vaccination uptake as this remains the best line of defence against COVID-19.

Skills and requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly & concisely via written & spoken word.
• Good theoretical & practical knowledge of adult & elderly care treatments & modalities.
• Ability to cope with stressful situations & with emotional or aggressive patients/carers.
• Experience of teaching other Physiotherapy staff members, patients & other health professionals.
