ALN Learning Support Assistant

This Account Manager opportunity is built around work with ALN pupils across Key Stages, supporting within the unit or classroom and helping the class teacher. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.

Role overview

One of the preferred suppliers to all 22 local authorities in Wales under the All Wales Framework Agreement. We are the major teaching supply agency for Welsh speaking teachers across Wales.

Main responsibilities

Work with ALN pupils across Key Stages, supporting within the unit or classroom and helping the class teacher. New Directions Education are currently looking for Learning Support Assistants to work with Additional Learning Needs in schools in the Swansea area. supporting learners and helping maintain a positive learning environment.

Requirements

• Recent experience in a classroom environment.
• We are always looking for candidates who have particular experience in working with children classified as having:.
• Ideally experience working in an ALN environment.

Job details

• We have Full Time and Part Time positions available, working hours are 8:30am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday.
