As a Teaching Assistant, the work centres on building Confidence: Providing 1:1 or small group support tailored to help every child shine. It would suit someone who can bring teamwork: Collaborating with teachers, ALNCOs, and external pros to get the best outcomes for the children to the role.
How the role is set up
Once you refer them to us, and if we successfully place them into work and they complete 10 supply days, we’ll send you a £100 gift voucher as a thank you! Supporting Students: Working with pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.

- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for us to process one).
