ALN Youth Support Officer
This ALN Youth Support Officer role is focused on join us as a Youth Support Officer in one of our Secondary Schools!. It would suit someone who can bring calm communication, safeguarding awareness, resilience, and respectful support to the role.
Role overview
8:30am – 3:30pm. Be able to provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of ALN and behavioural challenges.
Main responsibilities
Follow safeguarding, medication, documentation, or care-plan requirements where they apply. Join us as a Youth Support Officer in one of our Secondary Schools! Your role is to build strong, positive relationships with students—acting as a mentor and communicating effectively to help them feel understood and supported.

Requirements
- Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Education Workforce Regulation registration (EWC).
- Aged 18 and over.
