Teaching Personnel has multiple SEN learning support assistant roles available across West Sussex for September 2026, covering a wide range of specialist and mainstream settings. Learning support assistants for schools supporting pupils with severe and complex needs. General classroom support roles in inclusive mainstream schools with SEN units.

Practical details
- Available full-time or part-time from September 2026.
- In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
- All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
- Competitive weekly pay via PAYE.
What needs to be in place
- Experience in SEN, education, childcare, youth work or health and social care.
- Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Local placements matched to your experience and preferences.
