Analyst — Financial Planning & Analysis

The Analyst position centres on supporting the Senior Manager in digital transformation projects, to embed greater use of data analytics and automation across the Finance Department. It would suit someone who can bring driving the FP&A month-end and year-end reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency to the role.

What you would be doing

Supporting the Senior Manager in digital transformation projects, to embed greater use of data analytics and automation across the Finance Department. Identifying and delivering process improvements that add value. Managing and producing monthly reporting packs to meet business and group reporting needs.

The working style that fits

Driving the FP&A month-end and year-end reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. The finance team of 17 is currently organized on a product basis with dedicated teams responsible for short-term finance, term finance, broking, group functions and FP&A. The Group achieved record EBITDA in 2024, with AUM of £2.5bn, spread across 5 diversified lending products, as well as a market-leading broking division.

What you need

• Proficient with business intelligence and data visualisation tools to manipulate large data sets.
• Experience of FP&A best practices, across financial modelling, trend analysis, data combination and reporting.
• Strong technological literacy and modelling skills.

• Pay: £100,000 per annum
