Main responsibilities

Leading and nurture a team of about 10 talented analysts, helping them grow and deliver great results. Team up with finance folks to brainstorm and come up with better ways to manage and share data. Make sure our data processes meet legal requirements and support our big-picture goals.

What helps someone succeed

Very good grasp of data modelling and the tools associated with it. Understanding of how data is processed with technical services also a plus.

Requirements

• 5-6 years experience as an analyst and 2-5 years leading others (can be overlapping).
• Ability to self organise and manage stakeholders.
• Understanding of testing and experimental design.
