As a Cleaner, the work centres on to lead short to long term programs and innovation projects related to the synthesis and development of new Capa materials and products. It would suit someone who can bring high professional standards and disciplined judgement to the role.

Main responsibilities
To lead short to long term programs and innovation projects related to the synthesis and development of new Capa materials and products. Leading the activities of the Adhesives and Sealants applications laboratory. Develop the methods for processing and testing adhesives and sealants containing new Capa polyols.

Requirements
- 7 - 10 years industrial laboratory experience with a track record of increasing responsibility with people management.
- Experience in the development of hotmelt and reactive hotmelt formulations would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in formulating, testing and manufacture of polyurethane adhesives.
