The Application Support Analyst position centres on providing day to day support for user queries and problems relating to Subscribe, Exact Advantageand associated downstream applications and reporting suites. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

  • Provide day to day support for user queries and problems relating to Subscribe, Exact Advantageand associated downstream applications and reporting suites.
  • Comprehensive documentation of application environments,dataflows, and support processes.
  • Coordinating and implement enhancements,releases, and support rollout activities.

Technical requirements

  • Good knowledge and experience of Applications Support principals and issue investigation.
  • Working knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server - desirable.
  • Experience of supporting Lloyds Syndicate Policy Administration, Exposure Management and Policy aggregation Platforms - highly desirable.
