This Application Support Analyst role is focused on at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays we’re working together to deliver an amazing journey, literally!. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

What the work leans on

Look after the day-to-day operation of our E-Commerce websites – Jet2.com and Jet2holidays along with all our backend systems. Comfortable diagnosing issues across web, server and database tiers (SQL knowledge is preferred).

  • At Jet2.com and Jet2holidays we’re working together to deliver an amazing journey, literally!
  • Managing requests through to completion, resolving or escalating in a timely manner to ensure that Service Levels are adhered to.
  • Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented with a drive to problem solve incidents efficiently and accurately.

Technical requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in application support, software troubleshooting or technical customer support.
