The Application Support Specialist position centres on as an Application Support Specialist, you’ll join a small, highly experienced team that supports and enhances the applications our business relies on. It would suit someone who can bring technical problem-solving, documentation, and careful delivery to the role.

Learning to support APIs, work with data sources, and support solutions built within cloud and platform services. Contributing to documentation, runbooks, onboarding materials, and knowledge‑sharing within the squad and wider application support team.

What needs to be in place
- A First-Class/2:1 degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics.
- Prior internship or work experience in a Financial organisation within Application Support or AI team.
- Experience dealing with users and/or vendors from both a business and technical perspective.
