This Applications Engineer UK role is focused on providing Applications support and QSC Training content to the UK, Ireland and Nordic markets. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

Who the work supports

To be part of the AET team means to support and deliver the highest quality technical support to the UK systems integrators, consultants, and end users. Maintain and build an excellent relationship with customers and end users.

How support shows up

Provide Applications support and QSC Training content to the UK, Ireland and Nordic markets. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including programming, commissioning and network configuration. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers whilst ensuring all issues are logged and accordingly.

What needs to be in place

  • Ensure the highest level of customer experience whilst identifying solutions to software and hardware issues.
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, installation Engineer, AV programmer or similar role.
  • Supported products and services to Tier 1 integrators and end users.

Job details

  • SYS products to programmers, system designers, and commissioning engineers.
  • Deliver pre-sales system designs for projects across multiple verticals.
  • Travel to UK, Ireland and Nordic regions to deliver training to distributors and integrators and provide support.
  • Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.
