What needs to be in place

• Experience directly managing scientists or machine learning engineers.
• Master's degree in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field, or PhD.
• Knowledge of ML, NLP, Information Retrieval and Analytics.
