Conduct training needs analysis with learners, clients and stakeholders. Support and coach learners using learning portals and self-learning materials.

Delivering training programmes in classroom, online, webinar and one-to-one settings. Design and maintain training materials including presentations, manuals and exercises. The apprentice will be trained and supported to carry out the following activities:.

• Good organisational and time-management skills.

Practical details

• 25 days paid holiday (includes 3 company nominated days) with the option to buy/sell up to 5 days.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback and outcomes.
• Analytical Mindset with the ability to look at a complex system and explain it simply to a learner.
• Prepare training environments, including IT equipment and online learning platforms.
