About the Role

Are you ready to launch your career in engineering and help shape the world around you? We are looking for an ambitious Apprentice Mechanical Engineer to join our design team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised engineering qualification. As part of our collaborative team, you will support engineers in delivering innovative civil and structural solutions across a variety of exciting projects. From commercial developments and infrastructure schemes to sustainable buildings and complex engineering challenges, you’ll gain real project exposure from day one. 

You’ll learn how projects progress from concept through to detailed design, developing the technical skills and industry knowledge needed to build a successful career in engineering. As a Mechanical Apprentice you will be part of an organisation that is 100-percent employee owned, that supports and creates many opportunities for you to advance, succeed and fulfil your career aspirations.
