Main responsibilities
Supporting residents during refurbishment or maintenance projects, providing timely responses to any questions or concerns. Coordinating access arrangements, appointments, and special support requirements for residents. Assisting the Resident Liaison Officer and site team in maintaining strong communication with residents, keeping them informed about project timelines, works schedules, and updates.

Requirements
