What the role involves

• In the role of Apprentice Service Warranty Assistant, you will provide occasional assistance to the Service Team by.
• Determining services needed by reviewing service history and referencing manufacturer service intervals.
• Preparing service and repair estimates.
• Have 100% attendance at college, with the desire and ability to achieve and pass the standards and tests required to successfully complete NVQ Level 3 as part of the Porsche Appren.

Confirmed role details

• For the role of Apprentice Service Warranty Assistant, the hours of work are 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.
• There is a basic salary on offer of £17,500 per annum.
• 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.
• DC Pension Scheme.

Additional role context

• Provide Workshop and Warranty administration to the Porsche Centre, ensuring that claims are entered onto the system and submitted.
• Ensure that the account is clear of debt over 60 days by submitting the self-billing invoice on a daily basis to PRG accounts.
• Check the warranty account for outstanding debt.
