• To attend team meetings, monthly 1:1’s and annual appraisals.
• Level 5- £30k per annum with a realistic performance bonus scheme of up to £12k per annum.
• To actively engage in Continuous Professional Development which will begin immediately.
• Communicate effectively across the organisation at all levels.
