Confirmed role details

• Support initiatives that drive strategic growth and new business opportunities.
• IT - Provide an excellent level of 1st line support to end users for any IT related issues as efficiently and effectively as possible.
• Customer Services – Manage customer orders and enquiries, ensuring a professional, efficient, and solution‑focused service that reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Service - Providing customer-focused technical support across software and hardware access control products, including troubleshooting via phone and helpdesk tickets.
