What the role involves

• This requires our HR & OD service to provide agile, targeted and excellent support to enable Directorates to deliver.
• Our aim is to transform the way we work within the HR & OD service, supporting our organisation to build a resilient, inclusive, healthy, capable and sustainable organisation where.
• The OD&EE Team of is focused on supporting Hackney’s mission to make Hackney a place for everyone, where all our residents, whatever their background, have a chance to lead healthy.
• Be responsible for leading the council-led mid-career apprenticeship programmes, providing pastoral support to apprentices, and supporting the OD&EE team with people development in.
• Liaise with training providers to ensure that apprentices are enrolled in courses promptly and that all necessary paperwork including apprenticeship agreements and learner contract.
• We operate a fair and open anonymous selection process.
