Aquatic Stage Staff focuses on maintain underwater and stage equipment during live aquatic performances.

What the role involves

• Maintain underwater and stage equipment during live aquatic performances.
• Supporting the entertainment team in the safe execution of complex show elements involving pools, dives, and rigging systems.
• Assist with underwater scene changes.
• Conduct pre-show safety checks.
• Ensure guest and crew safety protocols are strictly adhered to.
• Participate in rehearsals, training, and ongoing skill development.

Skills and requirements

• STCW Basic Safety Training (or willingness to obtain prior to joining).
• Experience in water-based theatre, diving operations, or aquatic facilities and hold a PADI Dive Master certificate.
• Strong swimming ability and comfort in deep water environments.
• Previous cruise ship or live event experience advantageous.

Confirmed role details

• 7 months on and 2 months off rotation // $3000 paid per month onboard.
• International travel and accommodation provided.
• Work in a dynamic, multi-cultural team onboard a state-of-the-art vessel.
