Architect – Data Centres & Critical Facilities
Job description
The Architect position centres on supporting the Principals to develop the client, contractor and design team communications, developing and maintaining strong external and internal relationships. It would suit someone who can bring be experienced in Revit, and a highly motivated individual with a proactive attitude and eager to learn to the role.
Who the work supports
As a member of the team, you will be fully integrated into design teams, participating hands-on and collaborating directly with team members, across all stages, from test fits to t. Proficiency in Revit a must, experience in Rhino, Grasshopper, and 3Ds Max advantageous.
How support shows up
Supporting the Principals to develop the client, contractor and design team communications, developing and maintaining strong external and internal relationships. Involvement with all phases of the design process, including programming, concept design, schematic design, design and technical development, specification and tendering processes. Preparing plans, elevations, details and sections through to detailed construction drawings.
The approach that fits
Be experienced in Revit, and a highly motivated individual with a proactive attitude and eager to learn.
What needs to be in place
- An undergraduate or master’s degree in Architecture or Architecture Technology qualification with demonstrable experience in design, detailing and/or construction documentation.
- Experience within the data centre and critical facilities sectors.
- Experience with international projects an advantage.
