Area Manager focuses on regularly visit your stores to make sure things are running like clockwork, paying particular attention to efficiency, productivity and operational compliance.

What the role involves

• Regularly visit your stores to make sure things are running like clockwork, paying particular attention to efficiency, productivity and operational compliance.
• Support your Store Managers in recruiting, training and developing their teams, while improving their store performance.
• Maintain our high standards.
• Empower your teams to achieve their KPIs.
• Confidently create an environment where your teams can do their best work, shift after shift, in accordance with our Leadership & Company Values.
• Oversee the effectiveness of new initiatives.

Skills and requirements

• Experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites to achieve outstanding results.
• A full UK Driving License.

Confirmed role details

• 35 days’ holiday (pro rata).
• £66,000- £94,000 per annum.
