- Support your Store Managers in recruiting, training and developing their teams, while improving their store performance.

- Oversee the effectiveness of new initiatives.
Skills and requirements
- Experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites to achieve outstanding results.
- A full UK Driving License.

- 35 days’ holiday (pro rata).
- £66,000- £94,000 per annum.
