Where the work sits

We focus mostly on operations, with 24/7 shifts in most of our locations. Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, handles ‘last mile’ delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses.

How the role works day to day

Your main focus will be to own and drive a culture of safety and uphold quality and shift performance standards. Work collaboratively with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices. Work on a shift pattern at one of our sites, making sure it is as productive as it can be.
