What the role involves
- Delivering accurate and concise project insights using commercial and technical information to inform decision-making.
- Maintain fully logic-linked construction schedules.
- Leading area planning activities.
- Assess the impact of changes and decisions on project risk and planning delivery.
- Communicate complex planning issues and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively across organisational and functional boundaries.
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience as a Planner or Area Planner within major engineering, infrastructure, energy or nuclear projects.
- Detailed understanding of scheduling methodologies and planning techniques.
- Technical and practical knowledge of EPC delivery methods in the UK.
- Strong understanding of Project Controls disciplines, particularly Cost, Estimating and Risk.
