Area Planner

Area Planner focuses on driving an area-based planning framework, integrated with reporting and interdependencies focused on alignment of top down/bottom-up reporting from strategic levels, through level 1.

What the role involves

• Driving an area-based Planning framework, integrated with Reporting and Interdependencies focused on alignment of top down/bottom-up reporting from strategic levels, through Level 1.
• Maintain the schedule baseline integrated work schedule (IWS) with fully logic-linked work plans aligned to the Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and utilising effective techniques.
• Supporting the Area management organisation to ensure that significant risks/opportunities are adequately assessed based on evidence and balanced judgement to underpin regular, tim.
• Enable robust review, challenge of delivery & schedule level reporting that impacts overall Project level strategic delivery.
• Schedule reporting to key stakeholders, to a defined reporting cycle.
• For the timely production and focussed updates of area Planning.
