What the role involves
- New business development and account management for the defined territory with the United Kingdom within the Solutions division, in line with the strategic direction.
- Supporting customers in close coordination with the internal stakeholders ASM Products and ASM Service.
- Providing technical advice/consultancy to customers and supporting them in the implementation of their specifications.
- Working closely with the internal sales team on quotations, price lists, delivery agreements, etc.
- Identifying market trends and buyer behavior, and providing feedback to Global Product Management and the R&D Centre to drive the development of new solutions and applications.
- Maintaining the customer database and ensuring that all information is up to date (SAP/CRM).
