What the role involves
- Supporting monitoring of Hard FM operational budgets.
- Raise purchase orders for approved works promptly.
- Administer supplier meetings, including minutes and actions.
- Review contract documentation and performance data.
- Ensure project handover documentation is received and stored correctly.
- Delivering excellent, customer-focused service across all interactions.
Candidate fit
- Oriented individual with strong administrative and communication skills, ideally with experience in Facilities Management or a similar environment.
- Level 2/3 qualification in Administration (or equivalent experience).
- Experience supporting contracts, budgets, or projects in an office environment.
