Skills and requirements
- Be an Early Years Teacher (ECT) or have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of Education.
- Have a creative approach to teaching.
Candidate fit
- Excellent communication and lesson delivery skills.
- The Art Teacher will be need to have excellent subject knowledge, and be confident in teacher KS3 and KS4 learners with the possibility of their being some KS5 classes.
Additional role context
- A hard work ethic.
- This position is likely to last for the whole of the academic year with the possibility of this post being made permeant.
- The Art Teacher will be covering a full teaching time table and therefore will be working Monday to Friday.
