- Work closely with technical leads and team members to translate client needs into clear, actionable tasks and monitor execution against agreed timelines and scope.
- Supporting cross-service coordination across AI strategy, AI assistants, custom models, process optimization, policy/procedure optimization, and data standardization/tagging initiativ.
- Coordinating day-to-day communication with clients, capturing requirements, clarifying questions, and providing timely updates on progress, risks, and key decisions.
Technical requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven track record coordinating activities across multiple teams and projects simultaneously, including stakeholder management, action tracking, and status reporting.
- Proven ability to coordinate activities across multiple technical projects, teams, and stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
