- Deliver interventions to children with speech, language and communicational needs both in a small group and 1:1.
- Ability to build robust and effective relationships with students.
- Ensure safeguarding of students, in line with procedures.
Skills and requirements
- Are you an outstanding Graduate looking to gain experience before pursuing a career as a Speech and Language Therapist?
- As an Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a qualified Speech and Language Therapists (SALT).
- Assist the class teacher in providing the learning experience of students.
- Experience is not required, but candidates should demonstrate an interest in working with children with SEN.
Candidate fit
- Most children have speech, language and communication needs (SLCN), and an Autism diagnosis.
