As a Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist, the work centres on work as a Learning Support Assistant, to support children with complex learning needs and associated challenging behaviours within a school in Woking. Role overview
The students are 2-19 years old and often have multiple diagnosis so their needs can be quite severe. Willing to work 1:1 and in small groups with students.
Main responsibilities
Work as a Learning Support Assistant, to support children with complex learning needs and associated challenging behaviours within a school in Woking. Able to encourage the development of social skills and support students' individual needs. Each team works closely with children to ensure their physical and emotional needs are met.
